Como usar bibliotecas Boost C++ Em MacOS

Estou a tentar usar bibliotecas Boost em MacOS.

instalei o impulso usando brew install boost. Este impulso instalado em usr/local/Cellar/boost.

compilei 2 programas com o mesmo comando g++ --std=c++11 main.cpp -o main e depois ./main

No entanto, o primeiro compilou com sucesso, enquanto o segundo não. o que devo fazer?
