Onde está o controle numérico UpDown do WPF?
não quero usar a janela para estofar e colocar uma WinForm ctl nela. Quero que seja totalmente WPF sem qualquer lixo legado.

Basta usar o IntegerUpDown
controlo no xstanded WPF toolkit
Você pode usá - lo assim:

No construtor, defina um manipulador de eventos para a barra de posicionamento:
