Como enviar e-mail através da api MailChimp 3.0?

Estou a tentar enviar um e-mail através do mailchimp api versão 3.0 no php, mas não tenho sorte. Este é o meu código:

O meu código aqui funcionou para um teste, mas basicamente é a mesma coisa para o não teste, apenas a url está a mudar.

Não pode enviar um e-mail aleatório da API v3 como provavelmente fez com v1. Agora você só pode enviar uma campanha criada anteriormente em MailChimp como afirmado por LamaDelRay.
